Marygrace has over 6 years of consulting project management experience and focuses on internal infrastructure and business development for the FairWinds team. As the team’s project manager, Marygrace has proven her ability to streamline processes and to improve overall. Marygrace has a particular interest in data analysis and uses her understanding to resolve both basic and complex business challenges.

Marygrace joined the FairWinds team in the summer of 2016. During her time at FairWinds she has taken the lead on a number of internal and external initiatives. Specifically, Marygrace has focused on organizational design and system implementation in the form of product description, contract, budget, and change management.

On the Operations team, Marygrace has a lead roll in firm-wide deliverable administration, financial reporting, as well as planning and hosting bi-annual Beyond the Dot conferences for brand owners around the country.

Previously, Marygrace worked as an Associate at KPMG Tysons on a large-scale federal engagement providing contract management support.

Marygrace grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated Magna Cum Laude from George Mason University with a B.A. in Government and International Politics and a minor in Psychology. Marygrace currently resides in Washington, D.C. and enjoys exploring the city, taking art classes, and hiking in Great Falls National Park.
